What is thermal fogging machine?

Single Tube&Double Tube Pulse Jet Fogging Machine

There are single tube thermal fogging sprayer and double tube pulse jet fogging machine. Single-tube and double-tube refer to the number of dispensing valves. The single-tube thermal fogging sprayer has only one medicine dispensing valve, and the double tube disinfectant fogging machine has two medicine dispensing valves. The single-tube thermal fogging machine needs to mix special aerosol and disinfectant, and there is only one silo in the back barrel. The back barrel of the double-pipe thermal fogger machine is divided into two compartments. The disinfectant and the aerosol can be mixed and also can be used separately. In the absence of aerosol, diesel can be used to replace the aerosol to output smoke (diesel is not soluble in water, so need to be used in separate warehouses).

Precautions for the use of pulse mist fog machine

1: Be sure to add unleaded gasoline above the national standard 92, discolored gasoline can not be used.

2: When there is gasoline in the oil pipe and oil bubble, do not press the oil bubble multiple times.

3: Be sure to close the water valve before the shutdown.

4: For each spray of 4-5 barrels of medicine, the carbon deposit in the front nozzle should be cleaned.

5: When the power is insufficient, the smoke mist disinfection machine needs to be charged in time to prevent it from being unable to charge due to over-discharge.

6: When the YG water mist smoke machine is not used for a long time, be sure to drain off the gasoline in the pulse fog machine, and charge it once every 2-3 months.
